Let me start by saying ” Rene knows his business” He is prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. And that was before we even spent $1.00. Now, I’ll tell you the bottom line: Instead of simply having repairs done to our old “A” system ( our original plan) we bought an entirely new security system, and monitoring, after discussing the pros and cons with Rene. He never had a negative word for ” A ” or any other competitors, and is an extremely positive person. Having spent a good portion of my career training sales representatives I would recommend Rene as a sales rep for nearly any business. I respect him even more for having learned his profession with the large security companies, and having the courage to start and build his own company.

The system Rene installed seems to be light-years ahead of where we were. It utilizes current technology, including a touch screen keypad which is intuitive. There is also a mobile phone app with which you can perform all functions which can be done at the touch screen and more. We plan to expand our security system to include a garage door opener and video monitoring of our property, and we will have Rene design and install the upgrades. We’ve lived in Florida for 15 years and had to learn ” the hard way” about hiring contractors. Everyone knows the standard nightmares of con men, charlatans, and crooks. IRONSHIELD was truly a great experience.

Rene, Jorge, and Jeremy could not have been more professional or kind to our residents. This install involved working around our residents in a large assisted living facility. While in our residents “home” this team showed great respect toward our resident and families. This is not always a quality we get to see when non-medical workers come into a geriatric care facility but this team was wonderful. In addition, the security system we had installed exceeds our expectations and was well within the budget.

I did a lot of research, had several companies come out to quote us for a outdoor surveillance as well as a new security system. My first contact with this company was on the phone with Karla , she answered all my questions and her knowledge lead me to setup an appointment for an estimate. We are so glad we did. We highly recommend them. Karla and Rene the owners of this company both came out to introduce themselves and walk the property with me and listen to what our needs and concerns were. They arrived on time, extremely professional and took the time to listen to what we wanted to accomplish. About 24 hours later Karla and Rene emailed us a detailed proposal with exactly what we had wanted as well as some suggestions to what we also might like to add to the system based off of what we talked about. We were extremely pleased with their proposed plan, the added suggestions and the overall cost to this project that we scheduled the install right away. Rene, Jorge, and Jeremy came out with all of the material and immediately started running all of the wires and installing EVERYTHING, they were all very professional, very efficient and very courteous to my family, needless to say but will say anyway, everyone of these guys are extremely knowledgeable in this field. The inside and outside finish work was outstanding. They even went above and beyond to address my concern of the cameras sticking out like a sore thumb and they found my exterior paint and painted them to blend in with my home and they came out looking flawless and blended in with my home perfectly….. (AWESOMENESS). After the install and set up of everything they took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with every single camera angle, made sure that every TV in my home displayed the security cameras, made sure ever camera was labeled to what I wanted, made sure I knew how to work the system in its entirety (NVR, Security system) from my PC, Cell Phone and iPad. My family and I are extremely happy with the results and the peace of mind we now have with our new security setup. Been meaning to get on here a do a review but have been crazy busy! But it is that same reason why I would recommend anyone I know and care about or perfect strangers to Ironshield Security, they are the best!

And when I am not there with them, I know they are safe and sound because i have Ironshield on my side, I have motion detectors, door and window sensors, cameras, and other stuff and I love it, I feel safe in this day and age, and its all integrated seamlessly into my house and I love it. the install was clean and professional, the customer support is too die for, and to top it all off, Karla and Rene are just damn good people to boot and a pleasure to know. I text questions, issues, concerns and sometimes just plain nonsense to them 24/7 and they set me straight fast, and with the right answers every time, That is exactly how I do business, and it is exactly how I want people to do business with me.

Ironshield Security is amazing! They are very reasonably priced and the service is wonderful. They came out several times to make sure everything was set up on our cell phones exactly how we wanted it. And the quality is amazing. It’s high def! I would recommend them all day long.

We were referred to Iron Shield by the CCTV Outlet in Largo for our business security camera system. After working with several other outfits over the years we were expecting the same type of average work. From the first call to the last camera being completed Iron Shield exceeded out expectations in every possible way. Renee(the owner) was an absolute perfectionist and even fit us in on Sunday. With our demanding schedule that was the only day available and he accommodated us when we needed it. After 20 years in the service industry with our own business we know how difficult it is so find contractors that care about their customers. Ten Stars! Need to add a new review(9/13/17) Renee has been beyond amazing. We had issues on our end with our camera system. He sent his installer to fix it at no charge. We then had to change from Brite House to Spectrum and again needed a service call. He didn’t charge us and came out himself. He is one of the best people I have ever worked with and can’t say enough about his business…actually I feel badly as he needs to start billing us for these visits. Really great guy and please don’t use anyone else!

After receiving several quotes for a home security system, we decided to go with Ironshield. We could not be happier with our decision. Not only did they have the best pricing (including a lower monthly monitoring fee then most), they also had the best client interface (app and website for monitoring). Another key point for us was the variety of cameras they offered. With other companies we were seeing 1-2 options with minimal features. Ironshield offered over a dozen different cameras each with their own features. The equipment is top notch but I can’t emphasize the level of client service this company provides. They are quick to respond, have come back to our house multiple times for a variety of reasons, moving things for a re-model, user error with equipment, adding new things we wanted, last minute changes, etc. I didn’t realize that the person I had been dealing with the whole time was the Owner (Rene)! He is personable, responsive and will basically do anything he can for the client, within his capability. I did not work directly with Karla who handles all the scheduling and “behind the scenes” work, but my husband had only positive things to say about her as well. Thank you for your service!
