As the news about coronavirus (COVID-19) reverberates throughout the world, our thoughts are with those impacted both globally and, in the U.S., as well as in our local community. The health and safety of our customers, employees and community is always our top priority. We are monitoring both the outbreak progression and recommended preventative measures closely. We are so grateful to those on the front lines of the battle– from healthcare workers, first responders, utility workers and grocers.
We are considered to be “essential critical infrastructure” by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. As a result, we will operate our business to ensure safety and security in these challenging times.
When visiting your home or business:
We are following best practices and all CDC guidelines. Our sales and installation teams will ask if you or anyone in your home or business has been ill or exposed to COVID-19 (coronavirus) or has had flu like symptoms and will determine if we need to reschedule.
We continue to implement social distancing practices and all hygiene safeguards. Our teams have daily personal wellness checks before reporting to work. We continue to use sanitation and protective tools to help protect them and our customers as well as daily follow all CDC guidelines.
Our central Station:
Responding to alarms in the homes and businesses of our customers is our top priority.
While our process for monitoring alarm signals and dispatching authorities has not changed, some police departments have changed how their officers respond to alarms.
Please contact your local police agency for further information about their current plan for alarm calls.
We would like to thank you for your business and continued trust. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide any further updates.
